Session 3: Components for Change – Making effective and helpful choices for the wellbeing of ourselves and others.

Compassionate Communities – Working together to create more connected communities.

The ‘Connect with Compassion’ training program is based on ideas from the Global Compassion Coalition and Glasser Australia. Both offer tools, strategies and teaching to help create a more caring and compassionate world.
