Celebrate Compassion

Celebrate Compassion

An invitation to Celebrate Compassion from 10th ~ 12th September 2025

Compassion Connectors Australia aim to supercharge the global movement for compassion through recruitment, engaging partners, running events, offering a free webinar and workshops to include a future plan that is based on compassion.

At its core, compassion is what it means to be human. It strengthens relationships, build trust, and create communities where everyone feels valued. Compassion is not just an abstract concept…It has real, measurable effects on our well-being. Studies show that practicing compassion can:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety: Helping others fosters emotional resilience and inner peace.
  • Improve physical health: Acts of kindness are linked to lower blood pressure and stronger immune systems
  • Enhance relationships: Compassion strengthens connections, making our communities more supportive and inclusive.

Celebrations for Compassion

Compassion doesn’t always need to be grand or dramatic.  Remember Paul Kelly’s wise words: ‘From little things, big things grow!’ Start by creating the change you want to see.

DAY 1 – Free Webinar – Keynote speakers

Compassion and the story of human connection: We’ll explore what it means to be human and why compassion, connection and community are so important to us and to our survival and potential.

DAY 2 – Free online presentations and workshops

Compassion as a skill and its practical applications: We hear about the work different organizations and groups are doing to bring more compassion into the world.

DAY 3 – Celebration of Compassion

Compassion as a uniting force: We identify a collective vision and come together to celebrate a more compassionate future and the steps we are taking to get there.

By connecting, sharing and supporting one another, we can change the way we feel about ourselves, each other, our community and the world around us.

Whatever your C.H.O.I.C.E., let’s do it together!
